Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sales Agent, you will:
- Meet weekly sales targets by promoting death benefit insurance over the phone.
- Identify and connect with potential government employee customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
- Commit to ongoing learning to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Show leadership potential and contribute to a positive team culture.
Experience & Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- At least 2 years of proven insurance sales experience.
- A Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- Fluency in English and Zulu for effective communication.
- A valid South African ID.
- Age 25 or older with a proactive, can-do attitude.
