About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Sandton, with a strong focus on supporting and growing various brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands B2B marketing, and can manage content, campaigns, and lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
You will play a key role in building brand presence, enabling channel partners, and supporting sales through effective marketing initiatives aligned with Apple’s standards and Core Group’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing:
Lead marketing support for various marketing Programs, including the development and execution of campaigns that drive awareness, education, and sales across the channel. - Content Management:
Create and manage content across digital platforms (web, email, social) to support product launches, partner enablement, and B2B campaigns. - Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns tailored for relevant audiences, aligned with Core Group strategies. - CRM & Email Marketing:
Use CRM and email tools to segment audiences, nurture leads, and drive engagement and retention. - Lead Generation:
Develop and implement lead generation tactics to support the various Channels and internal sales teams. - Social Media Management:
Oversee content creation and scheduling across relevant B2B social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. - Stakeholder & Agency Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to align marketing deliverables and ensure timely execution of campaigns. - Performance Tracking:
Measure campaign effectiveness, report on KPIs, and recommend actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with B2B and channel marketing exposure.
- Experience working with premium technology brands is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to execute multichannel campaigns and manage digital content.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Apple’s brand and channel marketing expectations is a plus.
