        Purpose of the Position:

To ensure timeous and accurate processing of Installation Invoices as submitted by Installers, System Integrators and Distributors.

         Key Performance Objectives Task

       Business Operations      

Aim to be one stop resolution agent for the payment of Installers as well as their payment enquires.
Follow through the communication procedure, policies and guidelines to build instantaneous rapport with the Installers for a sustainable engagement through trust, open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Receive, validate and process Installer claims and ensure payments are made timeously
Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies for effective and high quality service delivery.
Qualifications

Matric
Post Matric qualification advantageous

     Experience

A minimum of 1-year work experience in customer service/finance environment
