Abled and PWD (People Living with Disabilities) learners have the opportunity to participate in the learnership program at Bidvest International Logistics.

Our company has offices across the country, including in the provinces of KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, and the Western Cape.

This qualification is a program that lasts for a period of twelve months, and it is a qualification that is registered with TETA (the Transport Education and Training Authority).

Learnerships in the field of logistics have been offered by BIL for a considerable amount of years, and the organization has successfully graduated a sizeable number of students over the course of this period.

In order to be considered for the Learnership Programme within the International Logistics Industry, you will need to register your profile and submit an application.

Qualifications and prior work experience:

  • Grade 12/Matric or its equivalent is required.
  • You have to be a citizen of South Africa.
  • Those who are between the ages of 18 and 35
  • You are required to be readily available and dedicated to working full time for a period of one year
  • The individual should have a strong passion for the Transportation and Logistics sector of the economy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to a one-year Learnership program that will include both theoretical and practical aspects across three different divisions;
  • Each module will be finished on the BIL eLearning Platform, and a portfolio of evidence will need to be finished and turned in after the qualification is finished.

  • Accountable and responsible for managing oneself, including financial matters and academic obligations
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while in the BIL corporate environment, including in your appearance, behavior, and communication.
