Job Purpose
To give incredible Client support by effectively, timeously and precisely handling transactions on POS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Give Extraordinary Client assistance by handling Client orders as indicated by SOP
2. Maintain speed of administration
3. Process payments types precisely as indicated by SOP
4. Teach Clients about current promotions and drive sales
5. Increase ticket averages by upselling or intriguing selling strategies
6. Keep up with the Neatness and Cleanliness of the counter assistance regions as indicated by SOP
7. Keep up with FOH Stock as indicated by SOP
Key Requirements:
1. National Senior Certificate
2. Advanced Literacy abilities
3. Advanced Numeracy abilities
4. One year’s insight as a retail clerk (QSR climate preferred)
