Least Educational Qualification:

Position Summary

Help Line Fitter in setting up Filling Machines, Seamer, Capper, Labeller, Collator/Shrink covering, De-Palletiser according to POP for arranged item and size, Adjust scales for size being filled. Activity of Filling and Packaging hardware. At Start-up, guarantee all machine parts are flawless on Filling Machines, Seamer, Capper, Labeller, Collator/Shrink covering, De-Palletiser, Tote Tilts.Guarantee that line fires up on time, Make proper changes according to method to accomplish net mass and hourly results to accomplish targets, contact Team Leader or potentially HOD if there should be an occurrence of deviation, QA Functions, Direct CP minds Vibratory Feeder sifters, Tote Tilt vibrator strainers and record, CCP control on X-Ray machines (Validate X-Ray tests)Net Mass Control – Check 4 jars like clockwork on Free Weigh and record, Information Capture – SAM, SAP. Material statement (GR, print SSCC names MGTO5 and bed recording on bed control sheet.Perform SAM exchanges – Capture stoppages according to events with reason codes, Capture hourly/shift creation yields.

What will make you fruitful Least Grade 12 or similar qualification and experience in Filling and Packing Line. Suitable legitimate Forklift Permit
