About this role
GrowthArch is running a Graduate Internship Programme in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The programme gives unemployed graduates real workplace exposure and practical experience in a busy business setting.
Interns get hands-on learning and mentoring while they help with the company’s strategic goals.
What you’ll do
- Learn how to work professionally and get ready for the workplace.
- Help with project coordination and admin tasks.
- Do research and data analysis.
- Support client and stakeholder engagement.
- Take part in business process improvement work and compliance and governance practices.
- Use digital systems, technology platforms and reporting tools, and complete industry projects linked to your field of study.
What you need
- South African citizenship.
- A bachelor’s degree, BTech, Honours or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
- You must be currently unemployed and free for the full length of the programme.
- No previous graduate internship of more than 12 months in a similar programme.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Helpful qualities: a strong work ethic, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, time management, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work both alone and in a team.
