Description of the Job

The Commercial department of Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is hiring, and you might be one of the lucky candidates!
We have openings for Sales Learnerships available throughout CCBSA, and we are searching for young, energetic, and bright people to fill those roles.
The chosen applicant will be responsible for reporting directly to the Team Leader: Sales

KEY PURPOSE

Learners who participate in this program will acquire the knowledge and abilities necessary to understand and become familiar with the fundamental principles governing how to increase volume, facilitate the order taking process, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers located within a specific geographic area.
The National Certificate in Marketing, which is a NQF Level 4 Learnership, will be completed by the learners.

Duties and Responsibilities of Key Importance Learnership:

Aspects of the Sales environment that pertain to commerce
Assistance to Customers
Customer Management Marketing Essentials
Merchandising Standards
Management Essentials
Communication

QUALIFICATIONS

40 percent in Grade 12 IN Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed the test.
Two South African Languages were successful with a 40% score each.
Diploma/Degree
Licensed Driver’s Status
Must not have completed the same certification or learning program at another firm or organization in the past.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Citizenship of South Africa is required.
Candidates for Employment Equity status are required.
Must have been without a job at the time of appointment. Must currently reside in Port Edward, Bizana, Mt. Ayliff, Kokstad, Flagstaf, Lusikisiki, Matatiele, Mt. Fletcher, or Cedarville. Must have been unemployed at the time of hiring.
To apply, you must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Applicants must be willing to participate in the learnership program for an entire year.

General

This qualification requires the student to earn a minimum of 120 credits in order to qualify; the learnership lasts one year.

A copy of the certification for the qualification
A duplicate of the license to drive
