Private Advisor Affluent

About this role

FirstRand (FNB) is looking for a Private Advisor Affluent to work in Bela-Bela. You will help private clients, including RMB private clients, build, grow and protect their wealth. The role is about giving clients a good experience and useful financial education.

What you’ll do

• Give private clients a strong service experience and teach them the basics of building and protecting wealth.
• Use everyday money management principles to deepen client relationships and keep clients with the bank.
• Know the full range of financial solutions in your business area and market them well.
• Manage your leads pipeline so that it supports profit growth for the business.
• Grow your active client base by looking after existing clients and finding new leads.
• Deliver high-quality work on time and follow all legal, policy and governance requirements.

What you need

• A relevant NQF level 7 degree approved by the FSCA.
• An RE5 regulatory compliance certificate with the relevant Class of Business (COB).
• Sign-off on FAIS categories.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or service role within a financial environment.
• The ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• A service-first attitude that welcomes feedback.
• A curious, brave approach to learning, and a drive to get good at your work.
