What are you going to do as Administration Assistant?

Papertrail is another name for electronic filing.
Access to invoices and meeting minutes is provided by infoslips.
BDA is responsible for account loadings and maintenance as well as HLDG screen updates.
X-PLAN Wizard: Customer Relationship Management and Creating Groups Model Loadings
The CGT tax is applied to the cost of evolution.
Reception comfort measures

The Administration Assistant candidate’s credentials and work experience

It would be beneficial to have a tertiary and/or industry related qualification (especially with regards to finance and accounting).
Matric, preferably with a strong background in mathematics and/or accounting.
It is preferable to have a fundamental understanding of both the Private Client business and the environment of stock-broking.
It is essential to have experience working in the financial services industry.

Administration Assistant Acquired information and abilities

Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of BDA in working order is a distinct advantage
Possessing a working knowledge of XPLAN is a definite plus.
A familiarity with the workings and protocols of private client processes
A familiarity with the inner workings of the back office and an advantage
A familiarity with FICA.
