Process Trainees – Pulp & Utilities

For the purpose of a training and development program within the pulp and paper industry, the Sappi Tugela Mill is looking for potential Process Trainees to participate in the program.
Directly reporting to the Learning and Development Consultant is the responsibility of this role.
These are the primary responsibilities that come with this role:
To fulfill the requirements of the position profiles in that section, you must finish the section-specific training within the timeframe that was agreed upon.
It is necessary to finish both a general and a plant-specific induction.
Legal training must be completed in accordance with the requirements of the mill and section.
Always ensures that the workplace is kept in a state of high cleanliness and tidiness.
It is essential for the ideal candidate to possess:
Grade 12 (Maths & Physical Science) and/or N3 – Pulp and Paper
