Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey, assist driver with arrangeing forklift
Offloading of chemicals from truck
Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians
Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage
Chemical containment & storage areas to be kept clean and free of spillages and dirt
Observe dosing lines and pumps for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to Technician
Daily stock taking report for all chemicals: if on nightshift 6am and 6pm. If on dayshift 1pm
Fill in Stock allocation report correctly
Fill in schedules from the line daily and submit to Planners
Walk the lines and inspect for issues, downtime, spraying pattern of nozzles and leaks
Remove and clean blocked nozzles
Check conveyors for cleanliness
Check water hardness and record results
Be on the Line when the Line startsup during maintenance
Perform COF/drag Test
Cleaning of Conveyors to remove slime
