What you’ll do

- Make sure products are displayed to Pick n Pay standards, with correct prices and shelf labels.
- Put promotional and seasonal displays in place and spot ways to lift sales.
- Answer customer queries and complaints, and escalate anything unresolved to the right manager.
- Prepare departmental reports and keep stock control and merchandising paperwork accurate.
- Follow store safety, security and loss-prevention rules, and report hazards and incidents.
What you need

- Previous retail experience. A supervisory role is preferred.
- Experience in stock control, merchandising and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numerical and administrative skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail systems.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
