What you’ll do

- Manage leads, referrals and customer follow-ups within the agreed turnaround times.
- Keep customer records accurate and follow FAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and FNB rules.
- Keep up to date with products, systems and changes in the industry.
What you need
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 (minimum).
- Advantageous: an NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or a related field recognised by FAIS.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing work, service delivery or client support in financial services.
- A solid understanding of FAIS, TCF principles and regulatory compliance.
- A track record of meeting sales, service and customer experience targets.
- You must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
