Job Description

SplashOut is currently accepting applications for the X10 General Assistant position, and the position will be based in Umhlanga, Durban.
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies, procedures, and internal controls are adhered to in a stringent manner.
Finish any and all ad hoc tasks that the management asks you to do on an as-needed basis. ensuring that quality control and time management standards are maintained at all times, reporting any issues that arise during production and installation, and keeping management informed of those issues.
Contribute to the success of the Signage team by playing a supporting role.

Advantageous Requirements (Apply even you do not have these):

A minimum of one year of experience working with signage.
Geographical knowledge


Large-format installation of various materials.
in order to assist the department of installation with the external signage.
Help out in the department that handles the fabrication of internal signs.
Maintenance of the factory and the warehouse.
Taking inventory and keeping a record of all of the tools.
ensuring that the production of all external signage is finished on time and that it is installed properly

Ensure the most efficient maintenance and planning solutions in order to reduce the amount of time the company is offline and the internal costs it incurs.
It is imperative that the Signage Co-Ordinator is kept abreast of all activities that are associated with the Signage department.
Providing the Signage Co-ordinator with active and accurate reporting.
Assisting with and covering for other duties within the department are required, in addition to the tasks and responsibilities listed below. However, this list is not exhaustive.

People: You are responsible for tracking performance, and it is up to you to schedule performance review meetings with the Operations Manager. This responsibility falls squarely on your shoulders.

Compliance, risk management, and quality control: ensuring complete adherence to all of the company’s guidelines and protocols.
One hundred percent adherence to all of the health and safety regulations.
Ensure that all work, templates, and the like are saved in a logical manner on a monthly and yearly basis so that the financial records for each year can function independently in the event that there are any inquiries, investigations, or audits.

Produce high-quality, neat, logical, succinct, easy-to-follow, easy-to-understand, formula-linked work, templates, workbooks, and financial models. These should be substantiated by facts, but the formulas should not include any numbers.
Make sure that the above document (the final version) and any other relevant documents are saved and backed up in the correct order.

Development of new businesses and consumer goods:
As needed and when directed, provide assistance with various projects.
Ensure that steps are taken to achieve the short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals of the company, as well as putting in place the necessary measures to do so.
