Customer Service Consultant Description of the Job

X 13 Customer Service Consultant Helpline position is available at HollywoodBets, and the position will be situated in our Umhlanga office in Durban.

This job is responsible for ensuring that all questions and complaints are handled in a timely and effective manner, as well as for ensuring that the overall customer care experience is smooth.

Customer Service Consultant Minimum Requirements:

Ability to work weekends and irregular hours as necessary.
A minimum of six months’ worth of experience working in customer service.

Customer Service Consultant Duties:

At least fifteen minutes before the beginning of a shift, members of the team check in to the system.
Answer questions pertaining to betting information; verifies the identity of the account holder and gives account holders the most recent betting information available.
Help resolve any issues that a client may be experiencing with their account by responding to any queries they may have.
Promotes the brand while simultaneously developing and sustaining a connection with the target audience.
Achieve the goals set for each day, week, and month.

Complaints are registered, which guarantees that prompt response is provided to the client. Information is obtained from the Punter as well as the system, and then the matter is escalated to the Supervisor so that the issue may be resolved and feedback provided.
Maintain compliance with the rules, procedures, and standard operating procedures of the organization and the department.
Make sure that the level of communications is at a level that does not put the company’s reputation at danger while still maintaining the company’s brand and image.

Abilities and Proven Capabilities:

Job Description

Hollywood Sportsbook Gauteng (Pty) Ltd has exciting opportunities available for X11 Customer Service Consultant (Digital) to be stationed at our Team Support Office in Umhlanga.
Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the customer care experience and for ensuring that all questions and concerns received via the various digital customer engagement channels are responded to in a timely manner and effectively.

Customer Service Consultant (Digital) Minimum Requirements:

Ability to work weekends and irregular hours as necessary.
