Description of the Surveillance Officer Jobs
There are now excellent possibilities available for Surveillance Officers (X6) to be stationed in our Team Support Office in Umhlanga, Durban.

The selected applicant will be expected to be responsible for providing surveillance assistance to areas around the country.
Surveillance Officer Minimum requirements:
Certificate in Security, Grade C
Completed relevant degree.
Valid driver’s license.
Advantageous:
Experience that is relevant within the topic of security.
Strong abilities in both communication and report writing.
Surveillance Officer Duties and Obligations:
Maintain vigilance over operations to check for compliance with all security rules and protocols.
Maintain vigilance over the operation for any signs of suspicious or odd activity, as well as betting and gaming cheating, staff or customer theft, and other similar instances.
Keeping an eye on the operation for extra managerial checks like the cell phone policy, the neatness and cleanliness of the operation, loitering, and the opening and shutting of the operation should be a priority.
In the event of an emergency, you should go through certain emergency exercises.

Maintain vigilance and provide direct assistance to security officials working in the field.
