Job summary: To carry out daily general building maintenance in the Equipment Management business unit.


  • Grade 12
  • Certificate in built environment(advantage)
  • Valid driver’s licence (Code 10/C1)
  • 1 year Min. experience(General Assistant in Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.)
  • Basic training on hand tools, electrical & mechanical equipment

Duties :

  • Operation Processes
    • Carry out the storage, register and safekeeping of tools/equipment
    • Conduct research and repairs on damaged equipment or appliances
    • Perform basic repairs and servicing of all plumbing, mechanical, general building, electrical equipment and appliances(e.g air-cons)
    • Carry out office installations(e.g furniture,fixing doors,Ceiling, painting,etc)
    • Check all emergency fire equipment & access control equipment
  • Quality Management
    • Perform quality work on all requests
    • Adhere to rules and regulation in the work place
    • Report identified issues or faults
    • Maintain accurate filling system.
  • People Management
    • Compile and submit own Personal Development Plan
    • Attend training courses, seminars and workshops.
    • Work with teammates to share knowledge and experiences.
    • Assist others perform or meet standard quality work(Overseeing, directing, inspecting, or guiding)
