Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator within the Trade division in Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal.
Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support through the processing of transactions, inventory administration, reporting, reconciliations, and general office coordination. The Admin Co-Ordinator plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the department by maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial administration, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process purchase orders, invoices, EFTs, and other departmental transactions
- Perform stock receiving and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct reconciliations and assist with financial and administrative reporting
- Prepare, capture, and maintain departmental reports and documentation
- Coordinate monthly stock take activities and inventory-related administration
- Assist with pricing updates, claims administration, and record maintenance
- Maintain filing systems, archives, registers, and other administrative records
- Provide administrative support to the workshop, parts, service, and sales functions
- Assist with audit requirements and the preparation of supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers regarding administrative queries
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of agricultural parts (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
