Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Great Verbal and written communication
• Minimum of 2 years experience in administration
• Computer literate- MS Office

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Occupant needs to collect quotes for allocated regions
• Make sure that qoutes are on listener
• Assign qoutes to a technician
• Prioritize call to improve traveling times for technicians
• Schedule jobs proficiently according to capacity and geographic area ( Servicing and Installations)
• Contact clients to schedule appointments and confirm bookings (including telephone technical bookings and control room bookings sheet)
• Help sales in booking Technicians
• Assisting JHB in sending job cards
• BNS and Insurance reports
• Scheduling installations
• Guarantee that all records are received from OTC are given to FLM for allocation to technicians
• Resolve all questions connected with scheduling right away and escalated complications
• Assist Technician, loading of Radios
• EHS assistance
• Technical assistance to clients
• Follow up on all jobs
• Guarantee Dept. runs productively by helping to relieve in the absence of a colleague
• Order, issue and control stock/stock warehouse responsiblities – help with stock take
• Help with technical invoicing
• Distribution of service and install stock to techs
• Any Adhoc task requested by Management
