About this role

FNB, part of FirstRand, is hiring a Banking Advisor Wealth for its branch in Ermelo. You will work inside the Private Banking and Advisory team, looking after a portfolio of affluent clients alongside a team of Private Bankers.

What you’ll do

• Manage existing affluent clients and grow their active accounts.
• Find and follow up new leads, and keep the leads pipeline in order.
• Explain the full range of financial products in your area and suggest solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the group and with key stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records, reports and client information up to date and handle admin on time.
• Meet your financial targets while keeping service levels high and following all compliance rules and bank processes.

What you need

• RE5 certificate (required).
• A NQF 7 degree in Finance or Accounting (required).
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a sales or service role within a financial environment (required).
• You must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
