ABOUT TRAINING PROGRAMME

Students who want to get genuine job experience on the production lines of an Assembly Plant while also studying toward a NQF level 2 Qualification are encouraged to apply for this program.

The curriculum will involve instruction in assembly, training ‘on the job,’ as well as self-learning, all of which will have an emphasis on technical skills and quality.
In order for us to consider candidates, they will first need to go through our recruiting procedure.
Those that are successful in the application process will be offered employment with the organization for a period of 18 months.

Work on the production line that is accurate, dependable, and of high quality in terms of the assembly of products to be produced
Self-management of the switching back and forth between working on the manufacturing line and attending training sessions

Strong assistance for the hands-on training and classroom learning possibilities, as well as private study time after work for completing assignments and ensuring success on tests.
Maintaining a clean environment and properly caring for the apparatus is essential.
During the course of the assembly activities, demonstrate and put into effect quality processes and practices.

Qualifications:

Matriculation with a minimum pass rate of sixty percent in both mathematics and science.
The ability to use computers
