Job Purpose:

To give incredible Customer care by effectively, timeously and precisely handling transactions on POS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Give Incredible Customer care by handling Customer orders as indicated by SOP
• Keep up with speed of administration
• Process payments types precisely as indicated by SOP
• Instruct Clients about current promotions and drive deals
• Increase ticket averages by upselling or suggestive selling methods
• Keep up with the Neatness and Cleanliness of the counter assistance regions as indicated by SOP
• Keep up with FOH Stock as per SOP

Requirements Required:

• National Senior Certificate (preferred)
• Advanced Education abilities
• Advanced Numeracy abilities
• One year’s insight as a retail Cashier (QSR environment preferred)
