Introduction
Midas is looking for a legitimate Cashier to join the branch in Vryburg. The reason for this position is to get payments, accommodate cash and keep up with reports, everything being equal. The successful applicant should be honest and reliable. Successful applicant to answer to Manager of division.
Cash Receipting
• Receives payment for services rendered from People in general, by speaking with the client and taking care of explicit payment or deal enquiries and additionally giving information on prices to explicit item
• Gather and counts payments offered confirming absolute against amount due and additionally looking for ID, checks recording and process cheque payment
• Giving receipts reflecting amount offered and affirms recording with the client
• To guarantee client enquiries and installment transactions are effectively taken care of and precisely handled as per set down organization rules
Cash Reconciliation
• Accommodates cash got against receipts given to clients, by isolating divisions and beginning with control counting arrangement
• Adding up to sums and checking cash aggregates to receipts utilized
• Catching overnight cheque deposits details , printing receipts against payment delicate and recording transactional details
• Confirming money receipts plan/reports against cash totals
Documentation/Recordkeeping
• Keeps up with documentation and records of transactions
• Attaching copy receipts and store slips to timetables and recording in ordered arrangement
• Retrieving data and records to work with goal of explicit enquiries
Requirements Required:
• Grade 12
• Computer literate particularly in MS Excel
• 2-5 years Cashier experience
• Should deal with all counter money.
• Carry out broad regulatory roles at the branch
• Clear ITC and criminal record
