• Stick to Dis-Chem’s client service policies and procedures

• Report client complaints and compliments to the Supervisor or store management
• Stick to the client turnover hourly rate
• Know about current deals and promotions

• Complete and oversee Dis-Chem 5 star correspondence standards
• Be responsible for cash flow
