Principal responsibilities of the position:
An opportunity to obtain work experience as well as a NQF1 Certification within the Cleaning and Hygiene Industry.
Required training and work experience are as follows:
Matric advantageous
Essential Literacy in English
Elementary Mathematics
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
A general familiarity with the supplies and chemicals used for cleaning
Skills in communication
Takes pride in one’s personal appearance and hygiene
Capable of handling heavy equipment and machinery
Skills in communication
Takes pride in one’s personal appearance and hygiene
Possession of the ability to work while standing for extended periods of time
Possession of the ability to work flexible hours or shifts
Unemployed and readily available to work immediately
Principal spheres of accountability:
Carry out a wide range of responsibilities that are connected to sanitation and hygiene
Additional Prerequisites:
Applicants who are selected for an interview must demonstrate a willingness to participate in the program for a full year.
There will be financial support provided.
