Summary of the Job Advertisement
Rand Water is currently looking to hire Cook(s) who can prepare healthy meals that are also reasonably priced while working within the confines of a given budget, and then serve those meals in an environment that is clean and healthy.
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of high school(Matric) or its equivalent, as well as a certificate in cooking;
- A minimum of two years of professional cooking experience.
- A Knowledge of Computers
The primary responsibilities
- Include menu planning and cost estimation.
- Provision of food for staff members
- Training sessions, and meetings;
- Control of Stock;
- Safety and Hygiene;
- General Good Housekeeping;
