Learners will be placed into one of the following departments according to their qualification and experience:
•Credit
•Insurance
•Sales
Learning and Development

Duration:
Successful candidates will be expected to enter a 12-month learnership contract effective 1 March 2026.

Qualification Required:
Completed qualification with a finance major

Work Experience:
No work experience is required but work experience in a financial role is advantageous.
Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic Knowledge of financial concepts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
MS Office proficiency.

Stipend:
Market related.

Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen
Youth group (18 to 35 years)
Must be able to commit to 12 months.
