Customer Service Advisor (UK Market)

About this role

Huntswood, a ResultCX company, is recruiting customer service advisors in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The team supports customers in the UK market through webchat and phone calls.

What you’ll do

• Chat with several customers at the same time while also taking inbound calls.
• Meet service targets and service level agreements (SLAs) every day.
• Build trust with customers by listening carefully and speaking with empathy.
• Solve customer problems on the first contact wherever possible.
• Calm down unhappy customers and resolve their complaints during the first call.
• Check your work carefully so that every answer is accurate.

What you need

• Matric or NQF Level 4.
• A clear credit and criminal record check.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, covering both webchat and voice.
• Understanding of the UK market.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• The ability to adjust your style to suit different customers.
• Advantageous: insurance experience.
