POST 1: DRIVER

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 3- 9 ABET 1-4 or equivalent.
A current driver’s license or a driver’s license issued by the military that is still valid.
At least two to three years of driving experience is required.

Special requirements (necessary skills):

Excellent interpersonal relations skills, verbal and communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide the Training Command Military Academy with a reliable and efficient driving service.
Make sure the vehicle is secure and get it maintained.
Provide general administrative and/or messenger services for Training Command and the Military Academy.
This includes the dispatching of documents and any other items that are specified in the direction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 3- 9 ABET level 1-4.

Particular necessities (required competencies):

Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to maintain standing or walking positions for extended periods of time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to work with various chemicals used in gardening as well as gardening equipment (including running blades and gardening utensils).
Develop the areas designated as gardens.
Get the ground ready for the planting of the plants.
Beds of flowers and other plants should be weeded, fertilized, irrigated, and pruned as part of routine maintenance.
Maintenance of the landscaping, including the cutting of grassy areas with a lawnmower and trimming with either a hand cutter or a motorized cutter.
Cleaning up the debris and raking the leaves.

The upkeep of irrigation system components.

POST 3 : LAUNDRY AID

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 3- 9 ABET level 1-4.

Particular necessities (required competencies):

The cleaning of the living quarters’ linens.
Laundering of club tablecloths and napkins.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include making sure that all members of the household have clean bedding.
Check that each of the tablecloths has been cleaned in accordance with the club’s schedule.
The use of washing machines and dryers.
Cleaning supplies and equipment are distributed.
The administration of a linen stockpile’s control.
Please provide a report detailing which items are necessary and which are no longer needed.

Make sure that the other members of the staff get the necessary cleaning supplies in order for them to successfully complete the tasks of washing and cleaning the laundry.
Items in stock must be handled and received.
Check to see that the cleaning supplies and laundry equipment are properly sterilized.

Make sure to report any lost or damaged equipment to the Club Manager as soon as possible. Please let the Club Manager know about any personal problems you’re experiencing, as well as any difficulties you’re having with the staff.

Grade 3- 10/ABET level 1-4 or equivalent.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively is a required special requirement.
Must maintain a healthy and physically fit body.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include preparing and presenting or serving various food items and products.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen as well as the dining area.
This includes keeping the refrigerator, tables, cutlery, crockery, and stoves clean on a daily basis.
