The Engineering Learnership will be for the Elandsfontein Site in the Western Cape.

Portrayal

The reason for this position is to empower Learners to be prepared and created to become qualified Engineering Artisans.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Students will be expected to effectively finish an organized learnership preparing program and should be ready and able to prepare and work in the instructional hub, metallurgical plants and so on and the Learners will be exposed to work under close/direct oversight of Qualified Artisans.

CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Least Grade 12 with Maths and Science or N2-N6 or NCV Level 4 with pertinent exchange subjects:
FITTING (counting Machining): N2 Fitting Trade Theory, Engineering Drawing, Maths and Engineering Science.

PLATER WELDER: N2 Plater Theory, Plating and Structural Steel Drawings, Maths and Engineering Science.

RIGGER ROPESMAN: N2 Rigging Trade Theory, Engineering drawing, Maths, Engineering Science.

INSTRUMENT MECHANICIAN: N2 Instrument Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics Maths and Engineering Science.

ELECTRICAL: N2 Electrical Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics, Maths and Engineering Science.

MILLWRIGHT: N2 Maths and Engineering Science in addition to:
N2 Fitter Trade Theory and Engineering Drawing;
N2 Electrical Trade Theory Science and Industrial Electronics

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN: TVET N6/National Diploma: E Light Current/Instrumentation/Mechatronic/Electrical and Electronic

Experience and Skills Requirements:

A substantial Driver’s License will be invaluable
Candidates will be expected to go through and pass a clinical wellness evaluation and some other evaluation considered significant for the field of utilization
