Description of Duties for the CIT Crew
FCS Welkom Branch
Taking instructions from the Branch Manager
The aforementioned position at the Fidelity Cash Solutions Welkom branch, which reports to the Branch Manager, is currently open for applications.
This position’s overarching objective is to provide proof of delivery and collection of money, as well as collect and return money belonging to customers.
CIT Crew Minimum Requirements:
Clear criminal record
At the very least, PSIRA holds a Grade C accreditation.
handgun and rifle shooting instruction was successfully completed.
SAPS competency certificate CIT certificate
Experience working in the security industry or a role that is comparable
The following is a list of key performance areas, but it is not exhaustive:
Complete and total responsibility and accountability for the collection and delivery of money belonging to customers.
Please inform the Branch Manager of any delays as soon as possible.
The reporting of incidents and the prevention of accidents
Keep radio contact with the controllers at all times.
Act preventively in response to any behavior that raises your suspicions.

Be truthful and dependable at all times.
It is required that you have strong verbal and language skills.
Must take a commanding role
