Job Description
Purpose of the job:

To ensure that all aspects of the packing department is attended to as per safety standards and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manually remove materials and products from machines and equipment
Stack /palletizes finish cases on appropriate pallets.
Inspect materials and products for defects.
Date codes each case with the proper manufacturing date /shift on which product is produced.
Participate in any Physical Labour work required.
Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required +-25kg.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Fills out finish goods tickets with all required information in a neat and accurate manner.

Qualification Requirements

Grade 12 with numerical ability

Experience Requirements
At least 1 years’ experience in the FMCG industry

Able to withstand hot temperatures, flour dust in the packing area.
Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
