Requirements

No experience.
The applicant has to be a citizen of South Africa and they can’t have any prior convictions.
The applicant has to be physically capable and nimble.
Only the applicant’s residing corridor may be used for the application process.

Duties

Help communities all across the place get food gardens up and running by providing help. Provide assistance to participants of the project in the construction of shade net structures, fencing, and gates, as well as the installation of irrigation systems. T
ake part in the Bontle Ke Botho (BKB) clean-up efforts that are happening in the various municipalities.
Give help to schools who want to start up environmental programs.
Carry out any additional general work and administrative responsibilities that may be requested of you at any given time.

Duration: The length of time is one year.

The General Workers will be allocated as follows:

-600 in West Rand,
– 1600 in Ekurhuleni,
-1200 in Tshwane,
– 600 in Sedibeng,
– 2000 in the City of Johannesburg.

A daily stipend of R130 is provided.

Notes

The candidates need to demonstrate that they are willing to work in an EPWP capacity according to the guidelines laid forth in the Ministerial Determination on EPWP.
Young people without jobs, women, individuals with impairments, and veterans and beneficiaries of military service are all urged to apply.
Residents of Gauteng will be given preference in this selection process.
