A Brief Introduction to the Data Capturer Job Description

This position will have its headquarters at Ensersa in Kroondal, which is located in the province of Rustenburg.

Data Capturer Job Description

This position’s objective is to provide assistance with the recruitment process, as well as with the onboarding and offboarding of employees and the capturing of employee documents on the various systems that Ensersa has in place.

The following are the Data Capturer Job duties and responsibilities:

SHEQ Department Data Capturing
• Entering data into the Isometrix system (for things like events and PTOs, among other things)
• Obtaining information on Minocore’s Suggestions (Capturing Information)
• Scanning and filling in required safety information
• Obtaining certificates for necessary equipment

Training Department Data Capturing
• Recording information on HSEC Online
• Compiling, scanning (and uploading on SharePoint), and filling out training packs
• Recording information on the monthly training report for all training registers

Data Capturer Job Qualification Requirements:

• Grade 12

Acquired Know-How and Experience Requirements:

• Proficient command of the English language
• Capable of managing one’s time effectively
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
