Description of the Job

Nando’s South Africa is currently seeking applicants for Griller Posts to join their incredible team.
To be successful in this role, you must be a value-driven individual who is also customer-focused, dynamic, and resilient.

This individuals will be responsible for preparing the necessary products and ensuring that their work station is compliant with the Nando’s operational standards in accordance with their role.

Requirements Bare Minimums

Matriculation or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

Inherent Obligations and Accountability

In order to prepare the necessary products in a manner that is consistent with the production planning and Nando’s operational standards.
In order to guarantee proper inventory management at the back grill station
In order to maintain compliance with Nando’s operational standards as well as health and safety protocols
In order to maintain Nando’s high standards for the safety of its food
In order to maintain the orderliness and general cleanliness of the back grill station
To carry out the opening and closing procedures in accordance with the standards that have been established.

To enhance service levels through the implementation of the 4 principles of customer care
in order to perform the duties of the Griller while he or she is absent
To carry out any additional responsibilities that may be requested from time to time
