Description of the Housekeeper Job:
We are looking for a Housekeeper who can help us keep our fantastic building in pristine condition, and we need their assistance as soon as possible.
You are going to be tasked with keeping it clean and making sure that all of the housekeeping and sanitation requirements are met in the various office spaces, bars, and kitchens.
This position is ideal for someone who is determined, pays meticulous attention to detail, and maintains high service standards throughout all interactions.
Housekeeper Requirements :
Three years’ worth of experience that is relevant.
Having the ability to organize and manage a team effectively.
What You’re Going to Do:
Make sure all of the work areas are clean and organized before opening, while service is being provided, and before closing (this includes the inside and outside of the building, as well as the area surrounding the parking lot).
Assure that the floors have been swept and mopped, scrubbed and/or vacuumed, that the walls have been cleaned, that the garbage has been gathered and disposed of, and that the garbage cans have been emptied, washed or sanitized, and replaced with bags for the garbage.
Check to see that the toilets are clean.
Before beginning work, make sure that the team members have cleaned and wiped down all of the surfaces, including tables, counters, chairs, TV screens, furniture, lights, and any machines or equipment.
Whether there are a lot of people around or not, you should make sure that the service areas are clean and organized.
Ensure that cleaning chemicals and cleaning detergents are used in the appropriate manner.
When necessary, make a request to the Branch Manager for cleaning fluids and/or cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms, and dusters.
Notify the Office Manager of any damage that has occurred.
Make sure the filters of the air conditioner are cleaned every week.
Make sure that all of the tables and chairs in the areas are kept in good condition, that the seat covers are checked regularly, and that replacements are requested as necessary.
Make sure that the table legs are adjusted so that the tables do not wobble, and make sure that any table tops or edges that require refurbishing are reported.
