Job Description

To provide the best customer service possible by maximizing sales and customer service through the way products are displayed.
To help the store’s management run the store every day.
Service-oriented and focused on the customer.

Qualifications

Matric- grade 12
Only people with sales experience required

Competencies/ Skills

Focused on customer service.
Working with other people in a group.
Having the ability to plan daily tasks well.
How to use computers.
Attention to detail.
Being able to talk to people and customers.
Ability to deal with stress.
High level of honesty and/or courage.

Most important Roles:

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Protection of all company assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers). Effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
Effective implementations store/ department layout.
Helping customers.
Make sure the right procedures are followed when it comes to the stock room, markdowns, and Lay-bys.
Make sure that items are restocked and the place is clean.
