HUMAN RESOURCE CLERK Qualifications :

Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification) and qualification in Human Resource Management or Public Management

HUMAN RESOURCE CLERK REQUIREMENTS :

For this position. at least one to two years of experience working in a public service environment that focuses on human resource management.
Good telephone etiquette, good interpersonal skills.

Capturing \skills:

Have a strong commitment to your work. Improve your proficiency with computers.
The ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the internet, along with general computer literacy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to time constraints.
Capability of paying close attention to specifics.
Capability to collaborate with a diverse group of partners both inside and outside the organization.
Capability to deal with information that is confidential.
A familiarity with the relevant regulations and legislative framework, especially as it relates to personnel administration.
It will be to your advantage if you are familiar with the PERSAL system and have previous experience using it.

HUMAN RESOURCE CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to appointment, promotion, transfer, leave management, HR information, salary, and termination.
Maintain compliance with the performance management and development system, which includes contracting, quarterly reviews, and a final evaluation.
Attend to HR related enquiries and audit queries.
Ensure that the document is kept in a secure location and that all related documents are filled out.
Document everything and keep yourself organized.
Reproducing something and creating copies of it.

PERSAL is being used to capture leave forms.
Daily coordination of all activities connected to this project, as well as participation in report compilation.
Communicate with both the customer and the staff.
Telephone \scommuniqué.
The teams will benefit from your administrative support.
You will be providing the teams with high-quality administrative support.
Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the manager.
