A recent graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management is eligible to apply for an internship at Sappi, which will allow them to gain practical experience in a variety of Human Resources functions over the course of one year.
All of our interns are provided with guidance and support from mentors who are both knowledgeable and dedicated.
These mentors will guide your experiences and make certain that you gain the appropriate exposure to become well-rounded in the HR function.
Preparing employment documentation for the purpose of onboarding new employees is one of the primary responsibilities attached to this position.
- Take part in the process of selecting candidates for open positions and conducting interviews with them.
Manage human resources (HR) operations. - Address any questions or concerns that employees may have regarding human resources.
With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management
No prior experience is required
