Description of the Job

An exciting opportunity is currently available in the Human Resources and Project Department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA).
In order to acquire the necessary skills and development in order to earn a National certificate in Business administration – Learnership, which will be based at multiple locations, we are looking for talented individuals or individuals.

Principal Obligations and Responsibilities

Achieve the National Qualifications Framework level 4: Business Administration Programme National certificate.
All throughout the year, during times of high business activity, and during times when teams are on leave, you should provide administrative support.
A structured integrated learning program, the Learnership combines theoretical (formal) training with on-the-job learning (structured work experience) in order to provide students with a combined learning experience.

Capabilities, Experience, and Education

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
It is essential to have Matric with a passing grade in both English and mathematics (not less than fifty percent).
Compatibility with the English language as well as any other South African language Working experience of one year It is required that the candidate has not previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company or organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Employees of South African citizens equity in employment
The candidate must be currently without a job.
Between the ages of 18 and 35,a valid medical record that details the individual’s disability must be presented.Candidates must be willing to put in a commitment for a period of one year.
Motivated by oneself, well-organized, focused on achieving results, attentive to detail, A strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, to be able to work in a setting that allows for flexibility in terms of working hours (including weekends and holidays),
The capacity to perform one’s duties in a high-pressure working environment,
Not having a criminal record or a credit history that is negative,
Applicants are not permitted to be enrolled in any formal full-time studies activities. Should it be necessary, the candidate must be willing to work at the Regional location and must be willing to attend classes during the weekdays as well as on Saturdays.
