Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the management of all aspects of a store
- Optimizing profitability and attrition
- By monitoring stock-related hazards, it is possible to reduce shrinkage.
- Implement a customer experience strategy to provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead Initiatives for all team members, including talent selection, training, mentorship, retention, and recognition.
- Visual merchandising that is innovative and designed to increase sales.
- Complete the implementation of all company policies and procedures.
- Upholding health and safety protocols
- Create an environment that inspires the team to perform at its best.
- Achieve alignment with the company’s culture and foster a sense of humor among team members.

Minimum Requirement
