Description of the Job:

Interested parties are cordially invited to submit an application for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership through JD Group (Incredible Connection).
We are seeking enthusiastic, youthful, and dynamic individuals to participate in a 12-month SETA-funded apprenticeship in wholesale and retail.
These people will contribute significantly to the advancement of their careers within the JD Group (Incredible Connection).

We are providing applicants with an exceptional opportunity to enter the workforce.
The primary objective of this program is to cultivate individuals who will contribute their full potential to the organization.

The successful candidates will acquire extensive retail and wholesale experience in a variety of domains.
Learnerships in the Retail Sector are being offered in each of the nine provinces.

Elements to be addressed throughout the 12-month Learnership in Store:

Assist customers while working in the store (customer service).
Marketing, Merchandising, and Display Maintenance
Foundational English language skills
Mathematics foundational concepts
POS System transaction recording and payment processing
Comprehending the retail and wholesale environments
Developing fresh accounts
Controlling and preserving stock losses

Qualities that the organization is seeking to acquire:

Possess a positive “can do” attitude.
Service to customers oriented
English Proficient and Highly Motivated
Desire to acquire problem-solving skills
The quality of adaptability

Qualifications :

In order to qualify for the Learnership, prospective candidates are required to possess a Senior Certificate (Matric or its equivalent).
Be a citizen of South Africa and have NO criminal record.
Applicants may be candidates with or without a disability.

During the registration process, the following documents will be mandatory for candidates to provide:

A CV that has been updated Certified copies of identification, credentials, transcript, and tertiary results (if applicable) that are no older than three months
Applicants who identify as having a disability must affix a certified copy of a doctor’s certificate attesting to their condition.

Priority consideration will be given to candidates whose documents have been effectively submitted.
Learnership correspondence will be initiated as soon as it becomes available.
