PREREQUISITES:

Three-year significant tertiary capability in Labor Relations/BCOM Law/LLB. No experience required. A substantial driver’s permit.

INFORMATION: Departmental arrangements and methodology, Skills Development Act, Labor Relation Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Levies Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, COIDA, Unemployment Insurance Act, UI Contribution Act, Employment Equity, UI Contribution Act, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act. Abilities: Facilitation, Planning and putting together, Communication composed and Verbal, Interpersonal, Computer proficiency, Problem tackling, Interviewing tuning in and perception, Analytical.

OBLIGATIONS: Conduct word related reviews fully intent on guaranteeing consistence with all Labor regulations, to be specific, Basic of Conditions of Employment Act(BCEA) Labor Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Unemployment Insurance Act, Compensation for word related Injuries and Diseases Act, Occupational Health and Safety, Skills Development Act and UCA. Execute examinations and revealed cases relating to contradiction of work regulation and authorize where and when important. Lead proactive (Blitz) reviews routinely to screen consistence with work regulation. Direct promotion crusades on distinguished and distributed work regulations. Help with drafting of examination plans, reports and arrangement of measurements on dispensed cases.
