Internal Sales Representative – Paints Industry

About this role

Rosstone Professional Solutions, a well-established supplier in the automotive coatings and paint industry, is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to work from its Boksburg base. You will handle customer sales and orders from inside the business, with a strong focus on walk-in customers.

What you’ll do

• Answer customer product questions and help them place sales orders.
• Build and keep good working relationships with your clients.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and handle the related paperwork.
• Capture customer and sales information accurately on Pastel Evolution.
• Give prompt, courteous after-sales support and follow up where needed.
• Help with the day-to-day sales and operations of the team.
• Serve a high volume of walk-in customers in a busy environment, keeping every customer’s experience positive.

What you need

• Matric (Grade 12).
• At least 5 years’ sales experience.
• Experience in automotive paint, coatings, refinishing or a related industry (essential).
• Working experience with Pastel Evolution (essential).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transport.
• A strong work ethic.
