Job Title: Manager – Sales Used Vehicle

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Sales Pre Owned Vehicles to lead our preowned vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the automotive industry. The Manager – Sales Used Vehicle will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing strategies to increase sales, managing inventory, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
– Develop sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
– Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
– Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market trends and competitors
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities
– Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote used vehicle inventory
– Manage inventory levels and ensure vehicles are priced competitively
– Provide training and support to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Solid understanding of the automotive market and industry trends
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
