As part of an exciting new organisational structure, iStore is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple African markets.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a junior-to-intermediate coordination role ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns, managing digital activity (with a strong social focus), supporting CRM initiatives, and ensuring marketing operations run smoothly day to day.
This position is based full time in-office at 1 Sandton Drive, Sandton.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple African markets
- Support campaign planning, timelines, asset management, and rollout tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams, retail stakeholders, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day community management
- Escalate customer or community issues where required
- Assist with CRM campaign setup, deployment, and post-campaign reporting
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports across digital and retail campaigns
- Brief designers, media partners, and content creators
- Maintain marketing trackers, budgets, and workflow documents
- Support events and in-store campaign execution when needed
Skills & Experience Required
- 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or campaign support role
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
- Strong project coordination and administrative discipline
- Proven experience supporting multi-channel campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (essential)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and compiling reports
- Strong presentation-building and stakeholder presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
