About this role
Hire Resolve is recruiting on behalf of a client in the medical sector. The role is for a Medical Sales Representative who will sell and promote Neuro and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) products to healthcare professionals. Limpopo is the preferred base, and Johannesburg or surrounding areas may also be considered.
What you’ll do
- Sell and promote Neuro and ENT products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical practitioners, specialists and other key contacts.
- Run product detailing, demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals.
- Give product information and support inside theatre environments.
- Spend at least 50% of your working time in theatre, as the role requires.
- Find and develop new business within your assigned territory, and work towards sales targets.
- Keep an eye on market activity and spot chances to grow your territory.
- Follow company policies and healthcare industry requirements at all times.
What you need
- A tertiary qualification (essential).
- Previous medical sales experience (essential).
- Experience selling Neuro or ENT products (a significant advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A proven record of building and keeping relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to develop a sales territory.
- Willingness and ability to work in theatre environments.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage customer relationships and sales activity.
