THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
to provide secretarial and administrative support in order to guarantee that administrative operations are carried out in an effective and efficient manner.
PRIMARY AREA(S) OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out general office administration responsibilities
Documentation and communication management, including coordination and administration
Offer a high-quality and professional reception service.
EDUCATION THAT IS REQUIRED
EDUCATION OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE
- Certification in secretarial work or office administration is required.
EXPERIENCE THAT IS REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AT A BASIC LEVEL:
Experience in an administrative or secretarial capacity spanning a period of three years.
EXPERIENCE THAT IS DESIRED:
One year spent working in the medical field.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
The organization and planning of events
The ability to type
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are all part of the Microsoft Office suite.
The proper way to use a telephone
Competence in administrative tasks
Keeping an eye on stocks and taking minutes
The structure and presentation of written communication (such as memorandums, letters, emails, study guides, and mail merge documents, for example)
It should be noted that priority will be given to internal applicants or workers who meet the minimum criteria in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa.
