Job Description
VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd is one of four auxiliaries of VKB Agri Processors (Pty) Ltd, the agri-processing division of the VKB Group. The VKB Group is a significant role player in the agricultural business in South Africa and endeavors, through best procedures, persistent improvement and elite world-class operations, to enhance the business.
VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd operates white maize factories in Mokopane and Louis Trichardt in Limpopo, and Mashishing in Mpumalanga, as well as a wheat factory and bakery in Frankfort in the Free State.

Requirements Required:
• Grade 12 or NQF 4 with Math and Science as subjects
• Completed N2: Millwright (Math, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing and Plater Trade Theory)
• High fault finding and critical thinking abilities
• Keen interest in the FMCG and Agriculture areas
• Should have a substantial Drivers permit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ready to stay at work longer than required and perform reserve duties when required
• Capacity to work freely and as an individual from a group
• Capacity to distinguish and take care of issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install, maintenance, fix, test and commission electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment and systems in the plant as well as work on electrical distribution and reticulation equipment
• Manufacturer, fit and fix machine parts and related equipment
• Reduce Breakdowns and guarantee greatest equipment accessibility
• Fault finding on mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform Protection Support assignments on mechanical and electrical gear in the plant
